Tradies Compliance was founded in 2017, but the journey started long before that. Our director, Daniel, came from the tools and found his way into safety after being recognised for his potential while working on-site. A secondment opportunity introduced him to the world of WHS, where he quickly developed a deep understanding of compliance challenges. His skills and dedication led him to a role within a joint venture with two Tier 1 construction companies, further refining his expertise in safety, risk management, and compliance.

While working in safety, Daniel noticed a major issue: contractors were being set up to fail.

  • They were overwhelmed with compliance paperwork they didn’t have time to figure out.

Instead of watching good tradies struggle, Daniel went all in.
